Why I'm Doing This
Nov 13, 2023It makes sense to ask. I’m writing a blog to help you experience the kind of regular, normal, daily happiness and peace (and movement towards your dreams) that I’ve unlocked for myself by doing some pretty simple, easy things.
I told my friend Claire the other day that I feel like an alien sometimes because I’m legitimately happy most of the time. Pretty much every day (even on days when bad stuff pops up). It’s not all the time, but it is a LOT of the time. I just know how to direct my emotions in a healthy, makes-sense kinda way, and have been practicing it consistently for the last four years.
And the results are awesome. Not just for me, but for the people I’ve taught & coached. Now I wanna show other people what I’ve been doing to change my life so that they can change theirs!
So I’m here to help people find what I’ve found. I’m here to help people listen to themselves and find themselves. I’m here to help people understand what their emotions are telling them, and how to react and respond differently to situations. I’m here to remind people to do more things that make them happy and to live more freely and to enjoy what their hearts enjoy—and how doing all that logically is beneficial to their life. And I’m here to help people put themselves in mindsets that logically will manifest really cool results (movement & achievement of their goals & dreams)!
